Water problems caused by plumbing issues are always a concern. Statistics prove that almost every home will suffer water damage in its lifetime. The average water damage in a house costs about $7,000. Then there are natural causes that cause flood damage, such as our monsoon rains. These rains can cause roof leaks and torrents of groundwater flooding. Groundwater flooding can be costly. Fast-moving water is a powerful force that can knock building off their foundations and cause all sorts of structural damage. Also associated with groundwater flooding is gross bacterial contamination. Often gound water and sewage drainage systems will mix to spread unsafe, dirty water through downtown and residential streets.
